The company was founded by John Brown FRICS in 1996 and is now run by Andrew and Simon Brown, also both Chartered Surveyors and a small team based at the Ash Mill office.  Collectively, the Directors have over 140 years property experience so they are familiar with a wide variety of technical, legal and planning issues.

Although the company has some commercial property interests, the focus is on sites with potential for high-quality residential development ideally located within two hours travel time from the Ash Mill office in Buckinghamshire.

Alongside the main development activities of the business, the Directors provide consultancy advice to a small number of carefully selected clients. Recent engagements have included acting for private individuals in property negotiations, acting as corporate trustee for a landowning family trust and advising charitable trusts where the role has been to act as surrogate ‘client’.
